An album to help release negative energy, fear, or depression and to assist with the healing arts, therapies and those that practice meditation and nature presence. 

 

No metronomes or sequencing on this album, all played live with piano, tubular bells, celtic flutes and vocals, overlaid with field recordings and laid back sound design.
